Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are high on the River Thames as a result of high tides coinciding with high flows from upstream. The next high tide is expected tomorrow morning, 31/01/25, at 4:00am and is forecast to reach between 5.03 and 5.17 metres. The following high tide is expected at tomorrow afternoon, 31/01/25, at 4:00pm, and is forecast to reach between 5.23 and 5.37 metres. Therefore, the river could overtop banks and flood low lying land for both high tides. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 31/01/25, or as the situation changes.
