River Cherwell from Lower Heyford down to and including Oxford

Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are remain high but stable on the lower River Cherwell. Therefore, flooding of roads and low-lying land remains today 11/12/2024 especially in the Thrupp area. The weather forecast is for a dry Wednesday. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
