River Leach from Northleach to Mill Lane near Lechlade

Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are rising on the River Leach as a result of heavy rainfall over the weekend from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 25/11/2024, especially in the Lechlade area. Today is forecast to be mainly dry. We expect river levels to continue to rise and should start to stabilise tomorrow, 26/11/2024. We are monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses.
