River Trent from Cromwell Weir to Gainsborough

High river levels today, 19th January 2026, may lead to flooding. Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads around Church Laneham to Rampton Road. Light rainfall is forecast over the next 4 hours. River levels at Torksey Gauge will remain high until the 21/01/2026. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. This message will be updated by 5pm on 19/01/26 or as the situation changes.
